President Zoubek called the meeting to order at 8:04 PM. School personnel present were Superintendent Mitch Kubicek, Principal Adrian Allen, and Joyce Karl.

Discussion:
*Mr. Allen reviewed his action plan for 2015-2016.
*Provided samples of classroom activities he views during classroom visitations.
*Red Ribbon will activities will kick off at the Excellence Rally on October 23rd at 2:30 pm.
*Early out on Wednesday the 21st of October with a 1:20 PM release for students.

7.2. Superintendent's Report
Discussion:
*Mr. Kubicek has met with teacher negotiations committee to gather information.
*The NASB Fall Conference will be held on November 17-18th in Omaha.
*Discussion was held on Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP). One requirement will be to offer supplemental education services to families who qualify. Our goal continues to be growth and achievement for all students.
