1. Opening the Meeting
Discussion:
Mr. Bauer opened the hearing at 6:45 pm. The meeting notice was advertised in the February 6th publication of the Webster County Sun. "The Open Meetings Act" poster was displayed in the meeting room.

2. 4th and 5th Grade Americanism Information
Discussion:
Mr. Brown has shared information regarding what the 4th and 5th graders are learning in social studies. Mr. Bauer also reported that we try to rotate what group is reviewed. This is the 2nd year with the current curriculum.
As a reminder, we are following all state and federal requirements with regard to teaching Americanism and Civics in school. |
