Executive Director reviewed the ESUCC/ESU planning process to include: AESA redesign process, ESU redesign process, NDE State Board Strategic Plan, Rule 84 Review, Core Service definition, statewide program of services. The redesign process could move alongside the work with the NDE Board Strategic Plan. Conversation of having Susan Ledeck from AESA to help walk us through the redesign process.
