Recommended Motion(s):
go into closed session for the purposes of discussing superintendent candidates for purposes of negotiating potential contract, and to prevent needless injury to candidate's reputation or the reputation of another person, and for the protection of the public interest Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.

6. Authorize Board President to negotiate with a candidate, or candidates, for the superintendent position.
Recommended Motion(s):
Motion to authorize Mr. Meyers to negotiate contract terms for the position of Superintendent with a candidate, or candidates as necessary. Passed with a motion by Board Member #1 and a second by Board Member #2.
