Presented is an updated Negotiated Agreement. There were two changes that needed to be updated.

Discussion:
The policy review committee has completed all section of the new policy.
Discussion- Policy 6007 and 6008
Class Rank and Senior Recognition - This would take effect immediately with the 2014 school year. The students who will be sophomores, juniors and seniors would have their GPA's adjusted. Parents would be notified this summer about the changes.
Policy 4058- Coaches Clinic and Dues Payments
** Annual Policy Update from Harding and Shultz- H and S has sent out our annual update for the 2014-15 school year. There are 23 polices that will need to be reviewed before the start of the school year.

6.4. Building, Grounds, and Transportation
Discussion:
The building, grounds and transportation committee has completed a building walkthrough and recommends the following:
- Remove and replace the plumbing fixtures, flooring and partitions in the elementary boys and girls restrooms.
- Remove and replace the quad windows
- Painting projects inside and outside of the building
- Roofing needs- Bids from Springer Roofing
Building Maintenance
-Old Gym floor is being redone currently. The new paint and floor decor will match the new gym.
-The carpet is being installed in the music room. The preschool and 4th grade room will follow.
-The music room, preschool, kindergarten, 4th grade and 2nd grade rooms have all been painted.
-The old cabinets in the preschool and 4th grade room have been removed and plans are being made to install new cabinets. 4th grade cabinets will be installed the last week in June. Preschool cabinets should arrive late July.
-The playground fence work should begin shortly.
