Craig Shaw commented he thought it was interesting how many ideas were similar.
Tony Roth commented on how many of the ideas were already being done.
Jim Stahly - put examples of things we are already have in place related to some of the ideas.
Dave Welsch thought the work session were good. Impressed that they were concerned with getting quality people to replace retirements.
