Discussion:
Elementary Principal: Mrs. Hartman discussed the Veteran's Day program; Kindergarten and first grade winter program; Word of the Month, Citizenship; the Memorial Health Care Systems visit with grades 1-4 on healthy eating; the K-Kids' and Mrs. Roth's class visit to Crestview; and Heritage School. Secondary Principal: Mr. Mowinkel shared that Rose Kenney is a finalist for the Nebraska School Counselor of the Year. He discussed semester tests; One Act; and the administrations's "Eagle Pride" presentation the principal's conference. He pointed out the upcoming junior/senior high school activities. Assistant Secondary Principal: Mr. Soester shared that Mr. Mowinkel received his award for Principal of the Year at the principal's conference. He discussed how students are being nominated for their Eagle Pride. Director of Learning: Dr. Kubicek discussed the January 3 teacher in-service and the initial evaluation of two reading programs. Superintendent: Mr. Wingard discussed the football class standings; legislative issues; the Mark and Joni Adler presentation; standard response protocol; and elections. He pointed out upcoming NASB trainings and future meetings.

Executive Session is necessary for the prevention of needless injury to the reputation of an individual, and/or the individual has not requested a public meeting. President Welsch then needs to repeat the reason for moving into Executive Session. |
