President Steve Thiele, opened the meeting which was advertised in the local newspapers on December 20th and the Norfolk Daily News on December 18th, to order at 7:00 pm.

President Thiele presented 2 proposals, one from the Nebraska Association of School Boards, and one from McPherson & Jacobson LLC.

Discussion:
The board spoke over the phone with Shari Becker from the Nebraska Association of School Boards about the search process. It was decided to hold a board workshop with Shari on January 9, 2024 at 3:00 pm.
