Discussion on strategic planning
Discussion:
Marcia Herring, Ben Aderjaska, and Caden Frank from Nebraska Association of School Boards were present to discus strategic planning.
Discussion items included: strengths/challenges of the district, 3-5 year plan, policy, and surveys. Nicole Kobus, also from NASB joined the meeting later in the afternoon to do a demonstration of the Sparq Meetings software. |
