The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

Discussion:
President Mrkvicka indicated that notice of the special meeting was posted in the Phonograph-Herald.

Discussion:
President Mrkvicka noted that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall in the meeting room.

3. Executive Session, to work on Superintendent's Evaluation prior to regular meeting. Superintendent not present.

Discussion:
President Mrkvicka restated the motion and indicated that only the Superintendent's evaluation would be discussed. The Board entered executive session at 7:06pm. The Board came out of executive session at 7:30pm. No action was taken.
Swinarski arrived at 7:13pm.
