Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 5:03pm.

1.1. Recognition of Public Notice of Open Meeting
Discussion:
President Mrkvicka stated that notice of the meeting was published in the Phonograph-Herald.

1.2. Recognition of Posted Notice of the Open Meetings Law
Discussion:
President Mrkvicka noted that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room.

3.1. New buses and type of bus.
Discussion:
Supt. Poppert presented information regarding new bus purchases. He mentioned that the district has received a grant for $19,900 toward the purchase of a new bus.

3.2. Property purchase
Discussion:
Property acquisition was discussed.

|
|
3.3. Heritage, tour of building.
Discussion:
The tour of the Heritage building was postponed until a future meeting.
|

3.4. Bus Building
Discussion:
Ken Swinarski arrived at 5:40pm.
Bids, costs and designs of a bus barn were discussed.

3.5. Third administrator.Do we want to add one to couple up with our AD position.
Discussion:
The possibility of adding a third administrator position was discussed, including many possible options.
