President Mrkvicka stated that notice of the meeting was properly placed in the Phonograph Herald and that the notice of the Open Meetings Law is displayed in the meeting room.

Discussion:
Various members of the staff and administration were in attendance to present information to the patrons of the district on the following topics:
Assessments in the School, Social and Emotional Information, Drug and Alcohol Statistics in St. Paul, and an update on facilities, such as the Track, and the Heritage Building, which are undergoing updates, and the building of the new Transportation Center.
