1.1. Recognition of Public Notice of Open Meeting
Discussion:
President Mrkvicka noted that notice of the meeting was posted in 3 public locations, per school policy, and was also posted online.

President Mrkvicka noted that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room.

3.1. Board needs to finalize plans for bleachers and cement work for football/track complex. ($60,000 Bleachers,$ 25,000 cement)

Discussion:
The Board went, along with Supt. Poppert, to the football field to view and discuss the purchase and placement of new bleachers, as well as to determine areas for cement. Jason Meinecke arrived at 5:43pm. A variety of options were discussed, considering the number of seats needed, the cost of options, and future needs. The Board finalized the following plans: to purchase the 657-seat bleachers from CBS Constructors; to have CBS Constructors separate the current 400 seat bleachers into two sections, to be placed on either side of the new bleachers; to have white rock placed under each of the 200 seat sections, which is designated seating for visitors; to place 18" of white rock around the track for drainage; to pour concrete from the current cement up to the white rock, and move the bleachers forward on the cement (closer to the track); and to pave a sidewalk from end zone to end zone on the "home" side of the field, except in front of the bleachers.
