Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm.

1.1. Recognition of Public Notice of Open Meeting
Discussion:
The president stated that the meeting was properly published in the Phonograph Herald, and/or in 3 public places, per policy. |

1.2. Recognition of Posted Notice of the Open Meetings Law
Discussion:
The president stated that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room. |

4. Board will review 2018-2019 Budget
Discussion:
The Board discussed the proposed budget for 2018-2019. Supt. Poppert reviewed the proposed budget, including the numerous changes in categories required in order to receive federal funding. The proposed tax request is slightly lower than last year.
Supt. Poppert stated that the Rotary is making a donation to the After school program tomorrow at the Rotary meeting. Board members are welcome to attend the presentation. |
