Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 7:30pm.

Discussion:
The president stated that the meeting was properly published in the Phonograph Herald, and/or in 3 public places, per policy |

1.2. Recognition of Posted Notice of the Open Meetings Law
Discussion:
The president stated that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room. |

3.1. Board needs to review policy 5045, Student Fees.
Discussion:
The Board held a hearing regarding the Student Fees Policy. Current activites fees were provided by sponsors and have been included in the policy. At the request of the Board, dance and cheerleading fees were reduced from previous years. There was no public comment.
