Discussion:
The meeting was called to order at 5:32pm.

Discussion:
The president stated that the meeting was properly published in the Phonograph Herald, and/or in 3 public places, per policy. |

1.2. Recognition of Posted Notice of the Open Meetings Law
Discussion:
The president stated that the Open Meetings Law is posted on the wall of the meeting room. |

3.1. BVH Architecture firm will discuss plans for buildings.
Discussion:
Darin and Cleve were present to continue discussing the renovation options for a potential building project.
In the CTE area, a rough blueprint was discussed. The current space is adequate, but needs to be re-figured and upgraded. Mr. Meinecke requested that an automotive repair be included in the CTE area. The architects felt that could be included in the plans. A drawing for a potential gymnatorium was also discussed. On the floor, there would be room for seating for 612 people (not including adding in the upper deck). This would allow a full size basketball court to remain in the gym with a few rows of seating. Finally, a phased plan for building a new K -12 building over many years, was discussed. The gymnatorium and the CTE renovations can be added to or deleted from any of the projects. |
