1. Emergency Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call
Discussion:
7:00pm Matt O'Daniel called the meeting to order.
Board members present were Matt O'Daniel, Shanon Willmott, Janet Warner, Bruce Scheer, Jessica Scheer, and Jason Arp. Also present were Superintendent Dr. Dawn Lewis, Elementary Principal Jacqueline Morgan, and recording secretary Jenny Hansen. |

2.1. Discuss, Consider, and Take Necessary Action to Adopt Return to Work Agreement with Classified Staff Due to COVID-19 Outbreak.

Discussion:
Due to the corona virus, the governor is allowing meetings to be held in this format to maintain social distancing. Dr. Dawn Lewis has a copy of the executive order in her office.
Dr Lewis read through the Return To Work Agreement to be applied to all classified staff before the board voted and approved it. The agreement pays all "typical hours" of non-certificated staff during the closure, regardless of how many hours of work is available to them. In exchange, employees who sign the agreement must agree to six months of employment beyond the end date of the closure or else hours paid but not worked must be paid back to the district. |
