1. Roll Call
Discussion:
Those present include: Bruce Scheer, Jessica Scheer, Luanne Sundberg, Lynn Johnson, Lawrence Reed

2. Update on baseball scoreboard
Discussion:
The committee briefly touched on the Advertisement Agreement associated with the donations by two vendors which provides $10,000 towards the purchase price.

3. Update and discuss lighting for new sidewalk on west and south of FB field
Rationale:
Cost from OPPD:
Each fixture would be $13.37 / month. Each pole is $1.35 / month with $.73 / month for the span of wire.
Discussion:
Lynn provided the committee with an overview of short term options to provide light along the walking path west of the football field. The intentions are to find an inexpensive way to create a safe walking environment quickly and then looking at more exhaustive lighting solutions as time and funding presents.

8. Discuss committee purpose, assignment and operating procedures
Discussion:
The committee spent a considerable amount of time discussing how the various members of the committee perceive the purpose of the committee, the role of the committee, how and what topics should be brought to the committee, and how the committee can be used to improve board efficiency and maximize use of board member time. The majority of the board members on the committee agreed that this committee should meet quarterly to update and review the summative need list in addition to whenever there is a board initiative that is directed to the committee.
