1. Special Meeting Called to Order and Roll Call
Discussion:
Meeting was called to order by President Matt O'Daniel at 7:00 p.m.
Board members present include: Matt O'Daniel, Bruce Scheer, Jessica Scheer, Shanon Willmott, John Neary Also present: Newly elected board members Jason Arp and Janet Warner and search firm representatives Dr. Randy Gilson and Dr. Derrick Joel |

3. Review of Community Visit
Discussion:
Dr. Gilson and Dr. Joel shared an overview of the input day, highlighted key themes that were starting to take shape from the current feedback, and discussed the opportunity for patrons to contribute additional input via the online survey. Once all the information is gathered it will be summarized and shared with the board of education.

4. Development of Intervew Questions for Finalists
Discussion:
Dr. Gilson and Dr. Joel took the board through a process of identifying 20-25 interview questions.

5. Final Candidate Interview Schedule
Discussion:
After discussion and review the board decided to do all of the interviews on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. They discussed the review process which included the number of teams involved in the process and who would chair those teams. Spouses are encouraged to attend the interview and there are plans for their day as well.

6. Discussion of Contract Items
Discussion:
The facilitators shared a salary array and other expenses considerations with the board. The board has already employed the district's legal firm to review the language of the current contract and intend to proceed from there.

7. Final Meeting #3 - January 31, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
Discussion:
The facilitators provided an overview of the process of how the applicants are reviewed and then how finalists are recommended to the board of education.
