2.1. Review Building/Renovation Plan Progress and Approve Necessary Action.
Discussion:
Interior and Exterior Finishes were reviewed for board to select, and the progress with subcontractor estimates was reviewed. Next update will occur at regular December Board meeting, with no special meeting prior to the regular January meeting. The Village will be contacted to make sure that DLR representative for a setback request can be approved on the December meeting.
