3.1. Discuss, Consider and Receive input on the District's 2015-2016 Budget.
Discussion:
Matt O'Daniel, chair of Finance Committee briefly explained the committee approach to setting the budget and the tax request. Mrs. Johnson provided an overview of the budget for each fund and the reasons for increases.

3.2. Discuss, Consider, and Receive Input from Public on the 2015-2016 Tax Request.
Rationale:
General Fund Property Tax Request: $6,034,848.42 QCPUF Fund Property Tax Request: $328,282.83 TOTAL TAX RATE: $1.103582 (vs. 2014-2015 @ $1.137671)
Discussion:
Mrs. Johnson shared an overview of the tax request highlighting that the asking is 3 cents lower than last year.
President Dywer invited the public to provide input and comment. Kathy Rhea indicated that although the levy is reduced those that own agriculture land are paying considerably more taxes because of increased valuation.
