1. Call Hearing to order to Set the Final Tax Request:
Discussion:
President Rainforth called the hearing to set the final tax request to order at 6:20 PM

2. Determination of Legality of the Hearing and Roll Call
Discussion:
President Rainforth acknowledged that the notice of the hearing was given in compliance with the provisions of State Statute Section 77-1632, that the governing body is meeting on the 9th day of, September 2024, immediately following the special budget hearing, in the Board Room for the purpose of hearing support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations of taxpayers relating to setting the final tax request. Notice of the hearing was given in advance by publication appearing in the August 29, 2024, edition of the Doniphan Herald in accordance with the Board approved method for giving notice of hearings and in line with the State of Nebraska legislative requirements.

3. Open hearing for public comment
Discussion:
The hearing was opened at 6:20 PM. No members of the public wished to provide support, opposition, criticism, suggestions or observations related to setting the final tax request to the board.

President Rainforth closed the hearing at 6:22 PM
