1. Call to Order
Discussion:
President Groff called the working meeting to order at 6:00 PM.

2. Determination of Legality of the Regular Meeting and Roll Call
Discussion:
President Groff acknowledged that the notice of the meeting was given in advance by publication appearing in the May 7, 2026, edition of the Doniphan Herald in accordance with the Board-approved method for giving notice of meetings. Notice of this meeting was given in advance to all members of the Board of Education. The availability of the agenda was communicated in the publicized notice, and a current copy of the Agenda was maintained as stated in the publicized notice. All proceedings of the Board of Education, except as may be hereinafter noted, were taken while the convened meeting was open to the attendance of the public, as indicated by the Open Meetings Act on the West wall of the East Gym

Discussion:
No members of the public asked to speak before the board.

Discussion:
The board continued its ongoing discussion of master facility planning. The board of education received input from BD Construction, Northland Securities and Wilkins ADP.
