Discussion:
Otis performs our required elevator inspections. They have a bid of $47,942 with a $5000 alternate to replace the control panel (which is something we need) for a total bid of $52,942.
The other bid is from O'keefe. O'keefe was the original installer of the elevator. Mr. Stecher does not know when or why our service agreement for inspections transferred to Otis. This bid is for $51,372. Mr. Stecher's recommendation is the O'keefe . |
