Reasonable advance publicized notice of this meeting was given by posting it in at least 3 public places throughout the school district at least 48 hours prior to the meeting, and by direct notice to all board members. |

4. Special Meeting Agenda

Conduct a hearing to consider the non-renewal or continuation of the employment of Jane Brown. |

6. Action Items
At the conclusion of the hearing, the board will take such action as is necessary to continue or to not renew the contract of Jane Brown. |

7. Consider an approved settlement agreement.
