Military Families

 

If a parent presents evidence to the District of military orders that military family will be stationed in the State of Nebraska during the current or following school year, the District will enroll preliminarily the parent’s students.

Discussion:  All employees are to adhere to the Nebraska Student-Centered Assessment System (NSCAS)’s NeSA Security Procedures and report breaches in security to Superintendent or the Superintendent’s assessment designee for report to the Nebraska Department of Education. Professionalism, common sense, and practical procedures provide the framework for testing ethics.

Discussion:  We currently have this exact policy.  
The only noted change is the Policy title and the assurance statement.
 

Combined District and School Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy

 

_(District Name) intends to follow the Title I Parent and Family Engagement Policy guidelines in accordance with federal law, Section 1116(a -f) ESSA, (Every Student Succeeds Act) of 2015.
