3.1. Discuss, consider, and take all necessary action with regard to the Option to Purchase Real Estate ("Option") for the possible sale of the property which formerly housed the middle school in Pilger, legally described as follows: All of Block Seven (7) in Pioneer Town Site Company's First Addition to the Town of Pilger, Stanton County, Nebraska; may also be known as all of Block Seven (7), Original Town of Pilger, Stanton County, Nebraska. The prospective buyer under the Option is the Pilger Community Development Fund.
3.2. Consider a letter of resignation.
3.3. Discuss and consider the need for a joint public agency (JPA) and review, consider, and act on a proposed resolution and the Joint Public Agency Agreement creating Pathways 2 Tomorrow.
3.4. Consider a recommendation to approve an estimate from Electronic Contracting Company for the purchase of card readers (access control) for the new elementary.
