The Board authorizes the Superintendent to gather the appropriate information and work out details of a lease purchase agreement with the three local banks. Passed with a motion by Harlan Sateren and a second by David Raabe.

Motion to approve a bid package from BVH and the advertisement thereof for the renovation and building project for the new Ag/ITE Complex. Passed with a motion by David Raabe and a second by Andy Scholting.

Motion to approve the resignations of Cheyney Rohlmeier, Dot Schultz, Carol Frerichs, Bobbi Heppner, and Noelia Nyman. Passed with a motion by Mark Glaubius and a second by Harlan Sateren.

Motion to approve a one year proposal from Morrow, Davies, & Toelle in the amount of $7,650 to serve as the auditor for Wisner-Pilger Schools for the audit year 2018-2019. Passed with a motion by Andy Scholting and a second by Mark Glaubius.

Motion to approve Traci Ebel as a local substitute. Passed with a motion by Harlan Sateren and a second by David Raabe.
