Motion to approve W.A. Klinger as the contractor for Wisner-Pilger School Ag/ITE Addition in the original amount of $3,900,500 with change orders in the amount of $_189,820.00__ and a final bid price of $_3,627,680.00___. Passed with a motion by David Raabe and a second by Mark Glaubius.
