Motion to approve a Resolution, and other loan documents in the form on file with official District records, for the District to enter into a Tax Anticipation Note with Citizens State Bank in the total principal amount of Eight Hundred Twenty-Six Thousand, Nine Hundred Forty-Three and 02/100ths Dollars ($826,943.02) in accordance with the budget of the District for the two fiscal years of the District beginning September 1, 2021, and ending August 31, 2023, and to authorize the Board President to close on the Tax Anticipation Note loan with Citizens State Bank and to sign, execute, and deliver the Tax Anticipation Note and other loan documents. Passed with a motion by Andy Scholting and a second by David Raabe.
