Motion to approve previous minutes Passed with a motion by Byron Keller and a second by Mark Glaubius.

Motion to allow payment Passed with a motion by David Raabe and a second by Andy Scholting.

MOTION that the Board of Education of this School District should and does hereby approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price Amendment, in the amount of $3,586,527, to the construction manager at risk agreement between the School District and Sampson Construction Co., Inc., for the early childhood learning facility addition project, such GMP Amendment in the in the form on file with official School District records and as presented at this meeting or with such changes as are deemed necessary and in the best interest of the School District and approved by the Board President or Superintendent of Schools, and further hereby delegates authority to and authorizes and directs the Board President, or designee, to sign, execute and deliver the GMP Amendment, any changes to the GMP Amendment, change orders or other documents call for in such GMP Amendment, to pay the contract sum, and to take all other action necessary to carry such GMP Amendment into effect. Passed with a motion by Mark Glaubius and a second by David Raabe.

Motion to approve a LAAFD grant application for scholarships in the amount of $70,000. Passed with a motion by Byron Keller and a second by Andy Scholting.

Motion to approve a LAAFD grant application for Close Up in the amount of $19,800. Passed with a motion by David Raabe and a second by Harlan Sateren.
