Motion to approve the absence of Andy Scholting Passed with a motion by Mark Glaubius and a second by Byron Keller.

Motion to approve previous minutes Passed with a motion by Harlan Sateren and a second by David Raabe.

Motion to allow payment Passed with a motion by Mark Glaubius and a second by Byron Keller.

Motion to approve an increase to the school district's property tax request authority by an additional seven percent, or other maximum amount as permitted by law, above the base growth percentage. Passed with a motion by David Raabe and a second by Byron Keller.

Motion to approve Vanessa Martens, Cinda Giese, Raschell Ping, Erica Jacobsen, Maria Chohon, Denise Schuchman, Mariela Ernesti, and Bethanie Nixon for the positions of paraprofessionals and Debbie Rehak for food service. Passed with a motion by Harlan Sateren and a second by Mark Glaubius.

Motion to approved Board Policy 1210 and rescind Board Policy 1220 and 1220z. Passed with a motion by Byron Keller and a second by Mark Glaubius.

Motion to authorize the Superintendent to pay August bills at the end of the month. Passed with a motion by Harlan Sateren and a second by Andy Scholting.

Motion to set the September Board Meeting for Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at 7:00 PM. Budget and tax hearings will be set at a later date. Passed with a motion by Byron Keller and a second by David Raabe.
