3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action regarding building construction and design decisions and determinations.

Discussion:
Personnel from Clark Enersen provided information regarding plans for the Palmyra project and informed the Board that documents would be out to bid on or around April 26th. Tim reported information from the meeting with Rogge General Contractors and timing for the Bennet project. The BOE reviewed information regarding site planning, utilities and plans for parking. The question regarding staging areas was raised and Tim requested that the area south of the current gym be utilized for contractor staging. Information regarding HVAC systems was provided for new construction and existing building systems including alternate bids. Clark Enersen also presented information regarding finish work to include concessions area, carpet tile, paint and resilient floor tile. Palmyra electrical information including distribution, lighting, power and auxiliary systems and telecommunication options was provided.
