3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action regarding building construction and design decisions and determinations, Owner's representative report.
Discussion:
Owner's representative Rayme Fauss updated the Board on the projects at Bennet and Palmyra. Board members had the opportunity to ask Rayme questions regarding the construction at both facilities. Rayme provided punch list items for Bennet including landscaping, floor logo installation and metal fabrication at the entrance. At the Palmyra site contractors have included overtime and Saturday hours to arrive at completion on time. Work continues on cleaning, removal of floor glue, installation of ceiling grid, and bleacher installation. Power change over has taken place and the building received power when the new transformer installation was complete. A temporary fence will be installed around areas of construction and Cheever will coordinate that with school personnel. Board members requested information regarding change orders when possible. It was noted that those costs often include multiple requests in a single total.

Claims for Rogge and Cheever Construction totaled $490,297.50. Board members reviewed change order items.
