3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action regarding building construction and design decisions and determinations, Owner's representative report.
Discussion:
Owner's representative Rayme Fauss provided updates for the Board regarding the projects at Bennet and Palmyra. Rayme is coordinating with Eric Pavey to set a date for a walk through at Bennet. At Palmyra the old stage area is nearly complete and staff are moving in. Over the upcoming holiday break it is hoped that the area C flooring process will be completed. Other trades are on site. Walls around the computer lab and music room have been poured and fill for the under pinning wall is done. Flooring in the music room and computer lab are projected to be complete next week as will the setting of steel. The crane arrived and delivery of pre-cast panels is being planned. BOE members had an opportunity to ask Owner's Representative Rayme Fauss questions regarding the projects on both campuses. |

Presentation, discussion, and or official action with regard to the construction projects at Bennet Elementary and Palmyra Junior Senior High School buildings, including change orders, construction change directives and payment applications from contractors, and reports, information and recommendations by the Project Architect and Owner's Representative.
