3.1. Strategic Planning presentation Dr. Dlugosh
Discussion:
Dr. Dlugosh provided information to update the BOE regarding strategic planning action plans as they relate to adopted goals as ratified by the BOE. The Board elected to schedule a special meeting to review the action plans and the associated timeline and responsibilities for each.

Discussion:
Superintendent Hanger provided information for the BOE related to budget projections for FY 18-19.
