1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting called to order by Board of Education President Maahs at 7:00 a.m.
Kelley Baker and Rex Schultze representing the Perry Law Firm were present to provide information relating to the Olson Foundation. The Village of Palmyra Board was represented by Cory Callahan and Jared Kirkman. Clark Enersen representative Tim Ripp provided facilities information for the group. |

2. Announcement of the Open Meetings Act Posting

3. Presentation, discussion and or official action with regard to: (1) the proposed grant funds from The Leland J. And Dorothy H. Olson Charitable Foundation (Olson Foundation); (2) the proposed Grant and Escrow Agreement between the School District and Village of Palmyra, Nebraska (Village) as recipients, and the Olson Foundation as grantor, for the construction of certain improvements on property of the School District and Village for athletic and recreational facilities to benefit the Palmyra, Nebraska Community (Project); and, (3) the proposed interlocal agreement between the School District and the Village for purposes of the Project design plan, construction delivery selection, contracting with a design firm and constructor, and the construction of the improvements pursuant to the design approved by the Olson Foundation, School District and Village.
Discussion:
After introductions Rex Schultze and Kelley Baker presented information regarding project rollout, escrow agreement and the inter-local for those present. BOE members had the opportunity to ask specific questions about the gift and the project including documents related to the construction.
