1. Call to Order and Pledge of Allegiance
Discussion:
Meeting called to order by Board of Education President Maahs at 6:07 p.m.
The Palmyra Village Board, Rex Schultze, Kelley Baker and the Olson Foundation represented by Board members Nancy and David were in attendance with Mark Brazee. |

2. Announcement of the Open Meetings Act Posting

3. Presentation, discussion and or official action with regard to: (1) the proposed grant funds from The Leland J. And Dorothy H. Olson Charitable Foundation (Olson Foundation); (2) the proposed Grant and Escrow Agreement between the School District and Village of Palmyra, Nebraska (Village) as recipients, and the Olson Foundation as grantor, for the construction of certain improvements on property of the School District and Village for athletic and recreational facilities to benefit the Palmyra, Nebraska Community (Project); and, (3) the proposed interlocal agreement between the School District and the Village for purposes of the Project design plan, construction delivery selection, contracting with a design firm and constructor, and the construction of the improvements pursuant to the design approved by the Olson Foundation, School District and Village.

Discussion:
David Olson addressed the joint boards and audience about the importance of the community of Palmyra to their family and foundation. Board member Steward inquired about the sidewalk and street property descriptions in the Escrow agreement exhibit C. Rex Schultze provided an explanation of the draft for the exhibit and the process as it moves forward.
