Meeting called to order by Board of Education President Maahs at 6:30 p.m.

3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action regarding building construction and design decisions and determinations, Owner's representative report.
Discussion:
Owner's representative Rayme Fauss delivered a booklet for each BOE member in order to provide a chronological record of his time on the Bennet and Palmyra projects. Rayme reviewed some remaining punch list items at Bennet as well as final punch list items for Palmyra. Items at Palmyra include a review of concrete on the east side of the building. Rayme offered a small amount of information regarding south parking lot proposals and mentioned that Tim Ripp from Clark Enersen will be present to provide more detailed information. Board members had an opportunity to ask questions regarding both projects. BOE members offered their appreciation for Rayme's services and his assistance and guidance on each of the projects including very low numbers of change orders.
