1. Call to Order
Discussion:
Meeting called to order by Board of Education President Maahs at 7:00 p.m. The Chair welcomed Village Board members. Also present were personnel from Clark Enersen.

2. Announcement of the Open Meetings Act Posting

3. Action Items

3.1. Presentation, discussion and or official action with regard to review and action on bids for the Olson Foundation Activities Facilities Project for District OR 1 Public Schools and the Village of Palmyra, Nebraska (Olson Foundation Project) received and opened on January 24, 2019, and, if a bid is accepted, negotiation of and action on a contract with the accepted bidder for such Olson Foundation Project.
Discussion:
Clark Enersen personnel were present to provide information regarding the Olson Foundation Project. Eric Silvey and Eric Casper presented the bid tab results from the formal bid opening. Board members from the village board and school board reviewed the bids and site plans. Both Boards thanked Clark Enersen personnel for their assistance and reviewed next steps pending value engineering efforts and establishing a subsequent meeting to ratify the base bid, bid alternates and change order necessary to deliver the project on budget.
