Discussion:
President offered opening remarks and introduced personnel from Clark Enersen and Ameritas.

2.1. Clark Enersen Partners
Discussion:
Tim Ripp, Jeff Chadwick and JoAnne Kissel were present to provide information and review building plans for Bennet Elementary and Palmyra High School including cost in today's dollars for potential future build outs as requested by the Board. The group also provided a review of additional costs associated with locating the track west of the current football field while answering questions from Board of Education Members regarding various aspects of the project.

2.2. Ameritas
Discussion:
Jay Spearman was present to provide information regarding the potential bond levy impact for the projects at the Bennet and Palmyra campus and the costs associated with the track and football project. The Board also reviewed the impact of capitalized interest based on the timing when bonds would potentially be issued. Ameritas fielded questions from Board of Education members regarding the finance aspect of building project and the football field and track project.

2.3. Next Steps
Discussion:
The Board established a building committee meeting date to review presentation information about the potential projects. The Board also established July 6th as the date for a work session to review the building committee's presentation thoughts.
