Discussion:
Building Committee members Kipp Haight, Jaimi Calfee and Doug Church reported information from their meeting with Clark Enersen personnel for the purpose of developing a facilities brochure.

Discussion:
Personnel from Clark Enersen, Ameritas and Kelley Baker worked with Board members to edit and revise contents of the facilities brochure.

2.2. Report on the process to vacate/dedicate Dogwood Street
Discussion:
Superintendent Hanger and Kipp Haight updated the Board on the ongoing process to vacate/dedicate Dogwood street south of Bennet Elementary.
