3. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-14 whereas Water Bonds dated May 5, 2011 ($310,000) are hereby called for payment in the amount of $180,000 on May 5, 2016, after which date interest on bonds will cease

4. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-15 whereas Sewer, Water and Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bond Anticipation Notes Series 2015, dated September 8, 2015 ($375,000) are hereby called for payment on May 5, 2016, after which date interest on bonds will cease

Discuss - Introduce Ordinance 959 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Series 2016 in the principal amount of Four Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand dollars ($495,000)issued for the purpose of refunding certain outstanding bonds of the City and paying the cost of Sewer and Water Improvements constructed in Sanitary Sewer Extension District #2014-1 and Water Extension District #2014-1 (Kelly Court), Sanitary Sewer Improvements in Sanitary Sewer District #2015-1 (Lagoon Cleanout) and Paving Improvements in Street Improvement District #2014-4 (Elm Street). This is to be published in pamphlet form Councilmember waive the three (3) readings, seconded with roll call vote READ ORDINANCE TITLE Councilmember moved for final passage, seconded with roll call vote
