Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-22 that the following Promissory Note (UV Bulb) allows for prepayment according to its terms, is hereby designated and authorized to be prepaid in full on October 15, 2016, after which date interest on the bonds will cease. The original balance was $300,513, with an ending balance of approximately $152,484.77.

7. Discuss - Introduce, Waive three (3) readings, and move for final passage of Ordinance #962 authorizing the issuance of combined Utilities Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2016 (UV Bulb) in the principal amount of $175,000 and ordering the ordinance be published in pamphlet form

8. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-23 authorizing the redemption of the Water Treatment Plant Bond on December 15, 2016 (call date), after which date interest on the Bond will cease. The outstanding principal amount is $1,185,000

9. Discuss - Approve / Deny Resolution 2016-24 authorizing the redemption of the 2010 Street District Bond on January 18,2017 (call date), after which date interest on the Bond will cease. The outstanding principal amount is $605,000

10. Discuss - Introduce, Waive three (3) readings, and move for final passage of Ordinance #963 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Various Purpose Refunding Bonds, Series 2016 (Water Treatment Plant & 2010 Street District) in the principal amount of $1,870,000 and ordering the ordinance be published in pamphlet form

Discuss - Introduce, Waive three (3) readings, and move for final passage of Ordinance #964 granting non-exclusive authority to Great Plains Communications, Inc. in utilizing the City of St. Paul Right-of-Way for the purpose of installing and maintaining data communication lines; setting forth conditions accompanying the grant of authority; and providing for an effective date
