b. Robert & Leona Verley (1016 8th) - fire inside home, never repaired, is exposed to the elements, possible animals getting inside
c. Deb Lemburg (1403 9th) Mariam Doyle home - property hasn't been live in in years, exterior of home is rotten with trees growing into the home, junk
in areas around home - possibly needs condemned

Discuss - Introduce Ordinance #972 authorizing the issuance of General Obligation Various Purpose Bonds, Series 2016B in the principal amount of $265,000 for the purpose of paying the cost of water and sewer improvements constructed in Water Extension District #2016-1, Sanitary Sewer Extension District #2016-1 and Storm Sewer District #2016-1 of the City of St. Paul.
