1. Study Session: Monday, May 7, 2018 at 6:00 p.m.: Geneie Andrews, Consultant for the GIS Workshop LLC presenting GIS features that the City of St. Paul can utilize (GIS - Geographic Information System is a mapping technology that allows the user to create and interact with a variety of maps and data sources) THE AGREEMENTS WILL BE APPROVED IN THE COUNCIL'S REGULAR SESSION.

2. Mayor Howard calls meeting to order, with the "Pledge of Allegiance" and the "Open Meeting Statement"

6. Discuss - Approve / Deny the GIS Workshop, LLC Master Service Agreement (MAS), along with the "SimpleCity Subscription Plus Agreement ("Agreement" changes were made per City Attorney Clark)

7. Discuss - Approve / Deny Miller & Associates Consulting Engineers Professional Service Consultant Agreement for the "St. Paul Downtown Revitalization Planning" Phase 1 of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) #17-PP-010

Discuss - Approve / Deny the Loup River Distilling Special Designated License (#121866 Class C & #121705 Class ZK) at 503 Howard Avenue on Friday, July 6, 2018 and Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 12:00 Noon to 7:00 p.m. for the GCA Day event (security will be provided, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking)

10. Discuss - Approve / Deny Sons of the American Legion Special Designated License to be held on Howard Avenue between 6th & 7th Street on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 4:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. regarding the GCA Day street dance (security will be provided, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking)

11. Discuss - Approve / Deny the County Cage Special Designated License (#100466 Class CK) at 614 Howard Avenue on Saturday, June 2, 2018 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. for the "Beer, Brats & Barbeque event (security will be provided, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking)

12. Discuss - Approve / Deny two (2) Bootlegger Inc. Special Designated Licenses (CK115430) at the St. Paul Civic Center 423 Howard Avenue on (1) Saturday, June 9, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for a reception and (2) Saturday, June 16, 2018 from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. for a reception. Identification will be checked, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking.

13. Discuss - Approve / Deny minutes of April 2 & April 16, 2018, May 7, 2018 disbursements and the April 30, 2018 zoning permits

14. Discuss - Approve / Deny wages for the City of St. Paul Swimming Pool personnel

A City of the Second Class can designate up to 50% of the town area as blighted and substandard, therefore Tax Increment Financing (TIF) can be utilized.

17. Discuss - Approve / Deny transferring City Department's Sinking Funds to Savings
