4. Discuss - Approve / Deny Linda Williams (Cozad, NE) parking a "shaved ice hut" vendor truck on the north side of Indian Street between 5th & 6th Streets (park picnic shelter) on Saturdays & Sundays to sell shaved ice. Electricity will be utilized from the electrical outlets on site.

5. Discuss - Approve / Deny the May 2018 Treasurer's Report and Chad Wells private well permit at 1510 Howard Avenue

6. Discuss - Approve / Deny the American Legion Post #119 Special Designated Liquor permit for a street dance and beer garden at 804 Howard Avenue on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Identification will be checked, along with wristbands being utilized for underage drinking. Chief of Police Paczosa approved the permit.

7. Discuss - Approve / Deny two (2) Bootlegger Inc. Special Designated Liquor permits: (1) held at the St. Peter & Paul Life Center (713 Elm) on Saturday, August 4, 2018 for a wedding reception from 2:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. and (2) held at the St Paul Civic Center (423 Howard Avenue) on Saturday, August 4, 2018 for a wedding reception from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.

Discuss - Introduce Ordinance 991; rezoning of real property in the City of St. Paul, Howard County, Nebraska, to change the zoning map of the City in conformity with said change; and to provide for an effective date (effective date July 12, 2018) See May 7th agenda & minutes in approving the amendment to rezoning.
