9. Discuss - Approve / Deny upgrading the City Bobcat to a "2019" T595 T4 Bobcat Compact Track Loader, with an A51 Option package in the amount of $3,469 (Bobcat budget amount is $2,700)

11. Discuss - Approve / Deny upgrading the Water Treatment Plan chemical injector pumps; this is for the potassium and chlorine chemicals. The pump will be a "Stenner Classic-Series Peristaltic" pump costing approximately $6,000. It will prevent air-lock in off gassing applications. The pumps are 25 years old.

The eligible activities include land acquisition, site preparation and public infrastructure, with a maximum amount of $17,814 to be allocated for the project. The St. Paul Development Corp. recommends approval of the application. ***Disclosure - if approved, STS Construction will be purchasing the property from the St. Paul Development Corp. in utilizing the Infill Lot Housing Program funds.
