6. Discuss - Approve / Deny Benson Properties LLC (St. Paul Dental - 809 6th) improvements: replace the sidewalk in front of building, change to angle parking, add a wheel chair ramp, add a step like Hometown Market, and raise the level of concrete to the entrance door (ADA Compliant)

9. Discuss - Approve / Deny the Bed Head Coffee Company (Megan Yuestler) LB840 Loan in the amount of $95,000 for property at 714 Howard Avenue. The term of the loan will be for fourteen (14) years, interest rate of 2.75%, with a monthly loan payment of $682.

14. Discuss - Approve / Deny Mayor Bergman signing letter to the Nebraska Department of Transportation (NDOT) regarding the City of St. Paul requesting a 30 foot access/utility easement across the north edge of NDOT's property. The easement will abut the south side of the Middle Loup Subdivision that is being developed by the St. Paul Economic Development Corporation. The purpose of the easement will be to access the land locked City of St. Paul property along the Loup River and to be able to install the necessary storm drainage system for the proposed subdivision.
