1. Chairman Charles Schmid calls the meeting to order with a statement regarding the Open Meeting Act, which is posted on the west wall of the City Council Chambers.

2. Chairman Schmid opens the Public Hearing for the consideration of a request by the St. Paul Development Corporation to annex a tract of land located in the remaining part of Tax Lot 13, in part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska.

3. Approve / Deny the December 11, 2018 Planning Commission minutes.

4. Public comment period for the request by the St. Paul Development Corporation to annex a tract of land located in the remaining part of Tax Lot 13, in part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/4) of Section Three (3), Township Fourteen (14) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M. in Howard County, Nebraska. (a) Close public hearing (b) Approve / Deny annexation request.

5. Discuss - Approve / Deny Zoning Permits: (a) 2019-01 - Archer Cooperative Credit Union - Construction of a new commercial building at 1016 2nd Street and installation of a pole sign at the same location (b) 2019-02 - Tom Molczyk - construction of house at 105 Nelson Circle.

6. Discuss residence located at 224 Howard Avenue within Highway Commercial Zoning District.
